The Beijing Olympics are now a memory as we look to the ceremony of the Year 1 and 2 assembly. The students in Room 10 presented their highly skilful PowerPoint displays, one of which celebrates their Red Rock special lunch outing and can be viewed below. The Room 8 and 9 students further focussed on the art of Chinese story telling and some edited highlights can also be seen in this brief clip. Congratulations and well done to all the students and teachers on an uplifting performance!

What a fun assembly! The young choir members in the Middle School sang "Be Kind To Your Parents", the Festival Choir sang "Melting Pot" and Clara Lokan was congratulated on her state athletic championship GOLD MEDAL! We also enjoyed watching the Jump Rope movie of our participation in the Guiness record attempt. Have a look at the podcast for the story to our wonderful picture book reading by Assistant Principal Joy Milward. See you at our assembly in a fortnight's time! Maybe another picture book will be on show!
